I’m from Charlottesville, Virginia, and a graduate of the University of Virginia. Growing up there, I never imagined I would one day live, work, and build a company in Paris.
What’s your favorite French food?
Steak frites!
What is your background/experience?
Born and raised in Virginia and a graduate of the University of Virginia, I moved to Paris in 2009 and founded Your Friend in Paris, which has grown into a full-service relocation agency. Having personally navigated the challenges of settling in France, I bring a practical understanding of what expats need to succeed. Today, as CFO and Head of Immigration & Business Setup, I guide clients through the French system with over 15 years of experience.
What languages do you speak?
English, French, and Polish.
Where is your favorite place in Paris? Why?
It may sound simple, but I love walking along the Seine. Now that it’s car-free in many areas, it’s a great place to stroll and stop at the small stands for drinks and food.
What’s your favorite French festival?
Fête national. I always take the kids go watch the jets at La Défense.
