How about that for a living room?
This fully-furnished & equipped apartment boasts 4+ bedrooms, an office, 3 bathrooms (2 en suite), a kitchen, and more. Although the move will be seamless and easy for our client, whose only job will be to pick up the keys upon arrival, there was a lot of time and effort that we poured into preparing the apartment behind the scenes. The 4 hour-long état des lieux (entrance inspection) itself was record-breaking for me! Every scratch, every stain, and every spot was noted and photographed. This “no mercy” attitude is what guarantees that our clients get 100% of their security deposit back.
So what exactly will our client’s first day in Paris look like?
Our driver and friend, Fabien, will pick her up from Aéroport Charles de Gaulle and drive her home in a car with proper car seats for her toddler and baby. Once they arrive at the apartment, we’ll bring their suitcases up to the apartment, where our considérée Lheo will be waiting for them in their sparkling clean home with unpacked boxes, a full fridge, and a homemade meal. That’s what we call a “welcome home service”!
